From Santa Barbara and points south: Take Hwy 101 north to the Hwy 154 exit. Follow the signs for Hwy 154 and go 12 miles to Paradise Rd. (Look for the Santa Ynez Recreation Area sign just before the right turn onto Paradise Road.) Turn right on Paradise Rd. and drive 5.5 miles to the Rancho Oso entrance, on your right. (Note for RVs: Hwy 154 winds uphill for 8 miles. There are passing lanes and turn-outs. Paradise Rd. is one mile past the vista point and is an abrupt DOWNHILL right turn.) Please exercise caution on the narrow entry road.
From San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria and points north on Hwy 101: Take Hwy 101 south to the Los Olivos/Hwy 154 turnoff. Stay on Hwy 154 to Paradise Rd, approximately 24 miles. Turn left onto Paradise Rd. (Look for the Santa Ynez Recreation Area sign just before the left turn onto Paradise Road, about 1 mile past the golf course.) Travel 5.5 miles to the resort entrance. Please exercise caution on the narrow entry road.
From Buellton, Solvang and Santa Ynez: Take Hwy 246 east to Hwy 154. Turn toward Santa Barbara and travel approximately 15 miles to Paradise Rd. (Look for the Santa Ynez Recreation Area sign just before the left turn onto Paradise Road, about 1 mile past the golf course.) Travel 5.5 miles to the resort entrance.Please exercise caution on the narrow entry road.
